Soletanche Polska Sp. z o.o. is implementing a project co-financed by the Social Insurance Fund (FUS) under the contribution payers\u2019 co-financing programme for accident prevention. The project focuses on maintaining employees\u2019 ability to work throughout their entire professional careers and represents another step in the company\u2019s ongoing efforts to improve workplace safety and ergonomics standards.<\/h3><\/div>

The project entitled \u201cImprovement of Working Conditions at Soletanche Polska Limited Liability Company by Ensuring Safety in Work at Height and Reducing Musculoskeletal Strain\u201d received funding in the amount of PLN 216,695.48. The total value of the project amounts to PLN 290,710.85. The agreement was signed in December 2025.<\/p>\n

As part of the project, the company is purchasing modern equipment and devices aimed at improving employee safety and work comfort. The investment includes, among others, a manipulator, an electric pedestrian pallet truck, an electric scissor lift, safe working platforms, and personal protective equipment.<\/p>\n

The implemented solutions will help reduce strain on employees\u2019 musculoskeletal systems, improve safety during work at height, and minimize the risk of workplace accidents. The project is aligned with the company\u2019s long-term strategy of creating a modern and safe working environment.<\/p>\n
