Strong safety culture

Safety is a key factor in the successful completion of every project.

A strong safety culture is essential across all our activities – from tendering, through technical processes and on-site execution, to overall management.

Our priorities

  • At Soletanche Poland, the success of any project is determined by the absence of accidents.
  • Even the most advanced regulations will not ensure safety unless they are supported by actions implemented at every level of the organization.
  • A strong safety culture at Soletanche Poland is based on maintaining a balance between risk – a natural part of life and development – and the implementation of appropriate safety measures and protection against hazards. It stems from the high value we place on human health and life and is deeply embedded in the daily behavior of our teams.

Safety actions

For decades, Soletanche Poland has integrated safety into every aspect of its operations:

Behavior is one of the key components of building safety in our culture and daily practice. That is why we regularly run campaigns aimed at strengthening accountability within our teams, increasing risk awareness, and promoting best practices.

Our machinery fleet is equipped with advanced safety systems. Equipment design and maintenance go beyond mandatory standards, meeting strict requirements applied worldwide.

Checklists, briefings, work procedures, training programs – we make every effort to ensure safe working conditions for our teams and service providers by engaging the entire company, from directors to machine operators and site managers.

Red Zone Lights

Soletanche Poland implements technologies that enhance jobsite safety.

By equipping our machines with Red Zone lights, we protect workers (a clearly visible red line helps maintain a safe distance from machinery) and support operators, enabling them to work with greater confidence. The system reduces the risk of accidents on sites where multiple teams operate simultaneously.
