- We adapt our geotechnical and foundation solutions to the type of structure, soil characteristics, and location-related risks such as high elevations or terrain morphology. Each project is preceded by a detailed analysis of soil and groundwater conditions as well as structural loads, allowing us to select the optimal foundation technology and ensure the long-term stability of the structure.
- We support clients and partners in delivering environmentally friendly investments compliant with LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) and BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certification. We use low-emission EXEGY concrete solutions and technologies that reduce the environmental footprint of projects. This allows for CO₂ emission reduction while maintaining high strength parameters and structural durability.
- We use dedicated equipment, including solutions designed for work in dense urban environments and acoustic shielding. This makes it possible to carry out advanced foundation works even in the immediate vicinity of existing infrastructure and buildings. We adapt methods and work schedules to minimize disruption to the operation of neighboring facilities as well as the sites where the works are being performed.
