Deep foundations

Ground improvement and sealing
The ground improvement techniques we use allow modification of soil properties and an increase in bearing capacity. This reduces settlement caused by construction works, ensuring the safety and stability of adjacent structures. Sealing solutions enable work on any type of structure and in any soil, regardless of permeability. They are used both for repairing existing structures affected by hydrological issues and for new investments located near existing developments:

- Selection of stabilizing slurries for diaphragm wall construction, including the use of polymer slurries.
- Implementation of decanter centrifuges for slurry treatment directly on site.
- Research and development on recycling cement grout in jet grouting technology.
- Improved spoil management through water content reduction using superabsorbents.
- Construction of anti-seepage barriers using trencher technology in groundwater contamination zones as part of remediation works.
- Optimization of storage for machine operating fluids, including the use of collective AdBlue containers.
