The usable floor area of the development totals 60,000 m², with the largest share consisting of office space – 43,000 m², while retail and service units account for nearly 23,000 m². The complex includes the world’s first Polish Vodka Museum. The development offers 342 residential units. The investment was carried out between 2012 and 2021.
Scope of works – Soletanche Poland
The aim of the project was to adapt the former Vodka Factory site for new cultural and residential purposes. The design of the main building included the construction of three underground levels. For this purpose, we used diaphragm wall technology, braced circumferentially with slabs, as well as micropiles to anchor the base slab. The foundations of the neighbouring building were strengthened using jet grouting. For temporary support of the bracing slabs, we also installed 100 CFA piles, and the base slab was anchored using 500 piles.
