On 6 May 2026, Soletanche Poland officially opened a new Equipment Base located at ul. Wspólna 2 in Brzóze, near Mińsk Mazowiecki. The ceremony was an important milestone for the company and another step in the implementation of its long-term development strategy in Poland as well as in international markets. Representatives of the international structures of Soletanche Bachy and Soletanche Freyssinet attended the event.

The opening of the new Equipment Base took place during the 30th anniversary year of Soletanche Poland’s presence on the Polish market, giving the event a particularly symbolic and significant character.

– Thirty years of Soletanche Poland is not only an opportunity to reflect on past achievements, but above all a moment to define future directions of development. The new Equipment Base is an important element of this strategy – we are investing in modern infrastructure, in the development of our teams’ competencies, and in solutions that will allow us to deliver demanding geotechnical projects even more effectively. Thanks to its strategic location, the new Equipment Base will enable more efficient service of the local market as well as neighbouring countries – said Hubert Tomczak, Managing Director of Soletanche Poland.

Representatives of the international parent companies Soletanche Bachy and Soletanche Freyssinet attended the ceremony. The presence of top management confirmed the strategic importance of the investment for the further development of both Soletanche Bachy and Soletanche Freyssinet.

Technical facilities and specifications of the new Equipment Base of Soletanche Poland

The new Equipment Base is located at ul. Wspólna 2 in Brzóze, near Mińsk Mazowiecki. The investment was developed on a site with a total area of 15,277 m². The general contractor was PHUB Łucz-Bud Sp. z o.o.. Construction began at the end of August 2025 and lasted eight months.

The modern facility includes:
• a mechanical workshop with an area of 477.17 m²,
• a welding workshop with an area of 718.64 m²,
• a warehouse with an area of 243.67 m²,
• office and staff facilities,
• a car parking area,
• equipment storage yards with a total area of approximately 7,500 m².

Technical parameters of the building:
• building footprint area: 1,816.63 m²,
• usable floor area: 1,837.12 m²,
• total floor area: 2,133.24 m²,
• volume: 17,225.20 m³,
• height: 9.81 m.

Evening celebrations of the 30th anniversary of Soletanche Poland in Poland

The ceremony marking the opening of the new Equipment Base also symbolically inaugurated further celebrations of the 30th anniversary of Soletanche Poland’s presence in Poland. The evening event took place at the Koneser Praga Centre in Warsaw’s Praga district — a site of special significance, built on foundations constructed by Soletanche Poland, creating a natural reference to the company’s history and achievements.

In addition to international delegations, the event was attended by representatives of VINCI Group companies operating in Poland, including WARBUD, EUROVIA, VINCI Immobilier, Sixense, Remea, Menard, Cegelec, Actemium, and ETF Poland. Their presence highlighted the integrative nature of the event and its importance within the wider organisation. The gathering provided an opportunity to jointly celebrate the anniversary and reflect both on past achievements and future development prospects.
